Introducing New Life360 Tile Bluetooth Trackers – Easy Finding and Safety Features for the Whole Family

We are excited to announce the launch of our new lineup of Life360 Tile Bluetooth trackers — our first-ever tracker with both powerful finding and integrated safety features. Now you can protect your lost or stolen items with enhanced finding — and, if you are in trouble, you can quickly alert your Circle through the Life360 SOS feature with just three quick presses of the button.

What are Bluetooth Trackers?

Bluetooth trackers are small, attachable devices used for finding lost or stolen stuff. Tile’s fast and powerful trackers come in all shapes and sizes — ready to fit whatever you need to track. 

• Tile Mate: Our everything tracker with built-in key ring – perfect for mom’s keys, Noah’s backpack, and Sarah’s third lunchbox this year. Up to 350ft / 105m range. Up to 3 year non-replaceable battery. Water resistant with IP68 rating.

• Tile Pro: Our most powerful tracker with built-in key ring – with the longest range and loudest ring to protect your most valuable stuff — like sports gear, cameras, and cars. Up to 500ft / 150m range. Up to 1 year replaceable battery. Water resistant with IP68 rating.

• Tile Slim: Our thinnest tracker that slides easily into wallets, suitcases, and more. Up to 350ft / 105m range. Up to 3 year non-replaceable battery. Water resistant with IP68 rating.

• Tile Sticker: Our smallest tracker that adheres easily to your loseables and valuables — from TV remotes and headphones, to your brand-new bicycle. Up to 250ft / 75m range. Up to 3 year non-replaceable battery. Water resistant with IP68 rating.

We also have colors for everyone in the family – so you can choose the one that suits you best. 

Throughout this guide, all Tiles referenced are from the 2024 lineup. To check your device, simply look for the Life360 “Swircle” on the new Tile button.

How to Set Up SOS Capabilities on Your Tile

To send SOS alerts from your Life360 Tile, create an account in the Tile app and follow the in-app steps to activate your device. 

Once your Tile is activated, sign into your Life360 app and tap the Circle you would like to add your Tiles to. Tap “Add an item” in the pillar and follow the on-screen steps to link your Life360 and Tile accounts.

Once your accounts are linked and new Tiles have been detected, select what you’d like your Tile button to do – either to “send an SOS alert” or to “ring your phone” when pressed. It’s ok to change your mind – you can always update the press action after in Settings, or disable the button completely.

How to Use SOS Alerts From Your Tile

Whether you’re at a party and don’t feel comfortable, or you’re feeling worried about walking alone to your car at night, SOS Alerts are here for you.

Once your press action is set up, simply triple-press the button on your Tile and a notification will go out to both members in your Life360 Circle and designated emergency contacts.

Gold and Platinum members in the U.S., Canada, UK, and Australia have additional access to Emergency Dispatch if an alert is sent out.

Did you know that you can see Tiles on the map, find your things, AND ring your phone all in the Life360 app?

• See Tiles on the map – spot your stuff on your map to see all your important people and things together. Plus, Circle members can help you find lost stuff, too!

• Find your things – go to the Items section in your pillar and tap the item you want to find. Once you’re in focus mode, tap “Find” to ring your things!

• Ring your phone – once set up, just double press the button on your Tile to ring your phone, even when silenced.
